My Real Estate roots originated as a Kansas farm girl.

I have a Business Administration degree from Marymount College plus minor degrees in Latin, Mathematics, and Music.

Married to an Air Force Officer and moved to Fort Worth from London, England in 1971. While in London, we operated as an AIR Attaché under two Ambassadors. Previous to that move, I attended Foreign Service Wives School in Washington DC.

Licensed as a Texas Realtor in 1976, assisting many military and local families in purchases and rentals, including property management. After receiving my Texas Broker’s license, I became a partner with John Utsey Properties and continued property management as Sunflower Realty.

Over the years, I have received my GRI, CRS, and CNE and a Kansas Brokers license in 1990. I am a life member of the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and The Greater Fort Worth Association of Realtors and a Broker Associate with Moore Real Estate, LLC.

I am a member of the Fort Worth Woman’s Club, the Carswell Retired Officers Wives Club, and Lone Star Chapter of Military Officers Association. Board member of Blue Raider Athletic Association, a member of the American Association of University Women, and Bosom Buddies (a cancer support group). Kimball Art Museum, season ticket holder of Casa Manana and Stolen Shakespeare Theatre Company.

Many of my previous clients have become dear friends and often are productive referrals, as I welcome the opportunity to assist first time and seasoned home buyers and sellers in challenging markets.
